What we collect

• Waitlist: your email address, and optionally your license type and preferred language.
• Enrollment: your legal name, email, Florida license type and number, and payment confirmation. Card details are entered on Stripe’s checkout page; we never see or store your card number.
• Course records: your progress, time spent per section, practice-check and exam answers and scores, and your certificate.

Why

To deliver the course, enforce Florida’s seat-time requirement, issue your certificate, and report your completion to DBPR / CE Broker as the law requires of approved providers.

Who we share it with

• DBPR / CE Broker: your name, license number, and completion details, to report your CE.
• Service providers that run the site for us: Stripe (payments), Supabase (database and login), Resend (email), and Cloudflare (hosting). They process data only to provide their service.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use advertising trackers.

How long we keep it

Florida requires CE records to be kept for 4 years. We keep enrollment, progress, exam, and certificate records for at least 4 years after completion. Waitlist emails are deleted on request.

Your choices

Email continuouslearningnow@gmail.com to see, correct, or delete your information. We cannot delete CE records we are legally required to keep until the retention period ends.
