Terms of use

Last updated 2026-09-22.

These terms cover your use of this website and the online course sold by Continuous Learning LLC (“we”).

The course

The course is continuing education for Florida license renewal. It is not legal advice, medical advice, or a substitute for the licensure exam. Statute and rule citations are current as of the legal currency date printed in the course; you are responsible for checking the current text before relying on it for a licensing or compliance decision.

Your account

One enrollment is for one licensee. Do not share your login or let anyone else complete the course for you. The name and license number you give us are printed on your certificate and reported to DBPR, so they must be your own and accurate.

Access

Access starts when you enroll and pay, and ends 365 calendar days later or when your certificate is issued, whichever comes first. One free 90-day extension is available. After completion, your certificate, receipt, and a read-only copy of the course remain available in your account for 4 years.

Seat time and exams

Florida requires online CE seat time to match the hours awarded. The platform enforces a minimum time per module and does not credit time while the page is hidden or idle. Attempts to get around these controls, or to have someone else take the exam, void the enrollment and may be reported to DBPR.

Reporting

We report passing completions to DBPR / CE Broker on your behalf. Renewing your license on time is your responsibility.

Changes

If the course is revised during its approval term, you keep access to the version you enrolled in for the rest of your access window.
